Besta-Wan is truly a locals only restaurant, locally kept secret. Located on an off street between Birmingham and Chesterfield in Cardiff, Besta-Wan is famous for their pizza but also for their brunch/breakfast options and their “Man-Mosas,” that will turn any breakfast/brunch into a real good time!
