Great news! There are a ton of upcoming events happening this holiday season in Temecula. We guarantee you’ll never get bored or run out of things to do. Santa will be making his grand entrance at Holiday Magic on Main from Friday, November 27, to Sunday, December 20. There will be a lighting ceremony of the Old Town Christmas Tree, holiday spirited train rides, music and much more! Tree lighting will take place at Town Square Park and Santa’s House will be at Penny Pickle’s Workshop.

Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
On Thursday, December 3rd one of Temecula’s most treasured traditions, the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, will take place at 3 pm at the Temecula Duck Pond. Enjoy a visit from Old St. Nick, a performance by music group, Resonate, and holiday treats to countdown the tree lighting tradition.
Get cozy with some hot chocolate and your closest family and friends to watch the Old Town Parade. Located at Del Rio and Jefferson, enjoy the holiday music put on by marching bands from local schools. (They are no longer accepting parade applicants, but you can still relax and enjoy the show this year!)
Temecula On Ice
Join the official Grand Opening of Temecula on Ice, Friday, December 11th at 5 pm. Temecula On Ice returns this year featuring a state-of-the-art ice rink, comfortable skate rentals, the always popular Bobby skating aid and of course, it’s own radio station playing the best ice skating music in Temecula.

One of Temecula’s most treasured family traditions is the annual Breakfast with Santa. Come for a good time, delicious breakfast, charming carolers and access to Santa’s workshop. There’s no better way to spend your cozy holiday mornings than with family and a visit from Santa!

‘Twas The Light Before Christmas Bus Tour
Come tour Temecula’s decorated homes on a double-decker bus. This is an enjoyable activity for the whole family to admire the holiday spirit of the Temecula community. There will be plenty of refreshments, prize drawing and fun activities. The meeting point is Old Town Parking Structure and it is recommended you dress weather appropriate, as it may be chilly. Register first, because space is limited!

Pennypickle’s Winter Wonderland
What kid doesn’t love to play in snow? Let the children play in the snow and gift shop for mom and dad at Beaker’s Secret Store and Pennypickle’s Gift Shop. Pennypickle’s Winter Wonderland will open their magical doors on Friday, December 11, from 5:00 – 8:30 pm at the Temecula Children’s Museum. This family friendly event is filled with holiday music and twinkling lights.

Last but not least is the New Year’s Eve Grape Drop! Bundle up and ring in the New Year in Temecula at this long awaited event, which will feature both an East and West coast countdown. There will be live bands and childrens activities till 9 pm, then an ice-skating rink open until 12:30 pm. Live entertainment will feature Inland Valley Chorus, Resonate Vocal Group, Escape – The Journey Tribute Band, Evan Wecksell and Stone Soul!
